Make Pre-Designed Dashboards Work for You

Senior Product Director Melissa Coffey shows how Vantagepoint dashboards provide key project data in a way that is most meaningful to individual users across the organization. To get started, administrators can use predesigned dashboards for specific roles (i.e., project managers, account receivables, marketing/business development) out of the box or configure based on the needs of your business. Users can filter information to provide the level of detail that is most valuable to them. To learn more and to see dashboards in action, watch this webinar.

What’s Coming in the Next Vantagepoint Release?

The next release of Vantagepoint is coming soon, which includes improvements for every user to make it easier to power project success. Melissa highlighted a few of these features including streamlining bank reconciliation, better managing project team capacity, integrating financial business services with Deltek Payments, capturing contact information faster with the mobile business card reader, usability improvements and more. To learn more, watch this webinar and watch the Deltek Vantagepoint blog in the coming months for detailed blog posts on each enhancement.

Deltek Idea Portal: A New Way to Provide Product Feedback

Melissa provided a demonstration of the new Deltek Idea Portal, a customer-centric online tool where you can share your ideas directly with the Vantagepoint product team, discuss ideas with your peers and vote on other ideas. The Idea Portal will give you a platform to help facilitate the direction of Deltek Vantagepoint to power your project-based business.

The new tool is expected to go live in May 2022. To learn more, watch this webinar and keep an eye on future Deltek Vantagepoint blogs.

Enhancements to Customer Care Support

Adam Emery, director of customer care, unveils significant changes to your customer care support experience, based directly on your feedback. First, Deltek increased the number of annual support cases to 30 cases for our Standard Care Plan customers to help troubleshoot your problems and provide you with quick resolutions. Second, Deltek will provide unlimited support to Vantagepoint users within the first year from the date of purchase – an increase from 120 days – to improve the overall experience for users at a critical point of their Deltek journey.

These enhancements are in addition to a variety of self-serve tools to help you find answers quickly. As a reminder, there are hundreds of Knowledge Base (KB) articles available in the Deltek Support Center. To learn more, watch this town hall
