These town halls are part of our commitment to our users to ensure they have the latest information about their solutions, can get tips and tricks from the experts and can get updates about what’s happening with Deltek. During the final quarterly town hall of 2021, users get key details on year-end updates, highlights of what’s new in Ajera and how to best leverage the Deltek Support Center and Deltek Learning Zone to empower your users.

Year-End Product Update

As you prepare to close the fiscal year, Senior Curriculum Manager Damon Shratter demonstrated how to reconcile your company financials in Ajera to keep subsidiary ledgers and control accounts in balance. He also highlighted tips to troubleshoot issues with trial balance reconciliation. Year-end product updates will be available soon and your Ajera administrator will receive key communications on timing, details of the updates and more.

What’s New in Ajera?

In this webinar, Product Director Ellen Keeley highlights new features available in the latest Ajera release. The payroll team will be able to take advantage of the new Cap at Limit Payroll Accrual option, while all users can simplify the expense entry process through a simple photo of the receipt through Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR).

In this town hall, attendees also learned about the new integration between Ajera and Deltek + ArchiSnapper. Deltek + ArchiSnapper is a leading field app that simplifies field reports and streamlines site inspections for architects and engineers. Additionally, Ellen reviews the updates to Ajera’s integration with Vantagepoint CRM and Deltek Project Information Management (PIM) to help streamline data entry.

Customer Care Update

Tracey Henry, senior support manager, discusses how your feedback on customer surveys help drive improvements at Deltek. Because of your feedback, Deltek has made improvements to the Deltek Support Center with a new chat feature, expanded the hours of availability of our experts, created additional Knowledge Base articles and new short training videos in the Deltek Learning Zone to answer your questions. Your feedback is critical so when you have the opportunity to complete our customer experience surveys or provide additional feedback, we encourage you to take the time to share your comments and experience so we can continue to make it better for you.

Deltek Learning Zone Update

Damon Shratter highlights what’s coming to the Deltek Learning Zone (DLZ). Improvements to the search functionality now makes it easier than ever to find the answers you need. Additionally, new courses and learning videos are available to help your business reconcile control accounts in Ajera to close out the fiscal year.
