Deltek Pulse: Education month in review, December 2016
The month of December had a 4% decrease in Education solicitations released compared to November. The Higher Education vertical is producing almost the same amount of solicitations as the Primary/Secondary Education vertical, with Primary/Secondary Education producing 51% of total solicitations released and Higher Education producing 49%. Professional Services was a primary requirement associated with 60% of the solicitations released in December, while Information Technology was a primary requirement associated with 40%.
Notable Solicitation Releases:
- The Tennessee Department of Education has a requirement for the Provision of a Comprehensively Designed Kindergarten Entry Inventory. Proposals are due by January 25, 2017.
- Minnesota State Colleges and Universities has a requirement for the implementation and integration of a Constituent Relationship Management System (CRM). Proposals are due by February 1, 2017.
- The Iowa Department of Administrative Services, on behalf of the Iowa Department of Education, has a requirement for Implementing a Smarter Balanced Assessment System. Proposals are due by January 10, 2017.
