The month of November had a 4 percent increase in solicitations released compared to October. The Higher Education vertical is producing more solicitations than the Primary/Secondary Education vertical, with Higher Education producing 54 percent of total solicitations released. Professional Services was a primary requirement associated with 62 percent of the solicitations released in November, while Information Technology was a primary requirement associated with 38 percent.

Notable Solicitation Releases

  • Arizona State University has a requirement for a Personalized Learning System for ASU Digital Learning Environment. The objective of the solicitation is to select courseware provider(s) to co-develop an integrated solution for sets of core courses. Proposals are due on December 12, 2016.
  • The state of Kansas issued a solicitation for Online Student Record and Transcript Services. The state is seeking a web-based system for data storage and student record management in order to respond to requests for student records and transcripts. Proposals are due on December 16, 2016.
