Who Should Participate?
The Clarity A&E industry survey is open to architecture, engineering and related firms of all sizes in the United States and Canada. Hundreds of companies participate each year from disciplines including: architecture, engineering, planning, landscape architecture, interior design, environmental services, surveying and more. Deltek’s partners ACEC, ACEC Canada, AIA and SMPS are collaborating with our team to help achieve a broad and rich collection of data that represents the entire industry.
What Does the Clarity Survey Encompass?
The survey collects information regarding your processes, challenges and growth areas in five primary areas:
- Emerging Technology Trends
- Financial Management
- Business Development
- Project Management
- Human Capital Management
While the survey link will direct you to an overarching survey completion page, you are not obligated to complete all five sections of the survey. Each section of the survey will take about 15 minutes to complete and you are welcome to complete as many sections as you can on behalf of your firm. At the end of the survey, you can refer others from your firm to complete the sections you are not able to complete. Your participation is completely voluntary, and your responses will be kept confidential. Want to see what the finished report looks like? What Questions Will I Be Asked?
If you would like to review the questions before starting the survey, you can download a PDF of the full survey here: Deltek A&E Survey PDF. Please remember you are not required to complete each section of the survey. Pro tip: We find that many firms print the survey questions and gather answers from different parts of the firm prior to submitting them into the formal survey tool!
