Deltek’s subscription-based customers are assigned a designated Customer Success Manager (CSM) who serves as a single point of contact to help manage the product lifecycle and maximise return on investment. Your CSM is committed to enhancing your overall experience with Deltek.
Beginning with onboarding, your CSM will work closely with you to ensure a quick and seamless product adoption. After implementation, your CSM will proactively stay in contact with you to raise awareness of upgrades, manage ongoing day-to-day issues, and capture your critical product feedback. Your CSM will ensure that we partner together to ensure your success!
