Executive VP, Global Sales
As Executive VP of Global Sales, Claus Thorsgaard is responsible for leading Deltek’s direct and indirect sales efforts around the world to expand Deltek’s global customer base and drive revenue for the company.
Claus is a proven sales and marketing executive with 20 years of experience holding leadership positions in professional services and enterprise software companies. Prior to joining Deltek, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Maconomy A/S, a market-leading enterprise software company based in Denmark. During his tenure at Maconomy, Claus was responsible for managing the P&L across Maconomy's global offices and had responsibility for corporate marketing, global sales, global consulting, and customer support. Before Maconomy, he ran sales and marketing for Siemens Business Services and was the CEO of two fast-growing management consulting firms. Claus started his career at Ernst & Young, becoming a partner in charge of the company's Enterprise Solutions business unit.
Claus holds a Master's degree in Managerial Accounting and Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration.
