We are delighted to welcome environmental consulting firm, Emerge Associates to Deltek Project Nation.

With the successful implementation of Deltek’s project information management (PIM) and project accounting (PA) solution, Emerge Associates will now be able to centralize their project information and financials, and increase efficiency as their business grows.

Based in Perth, Australia, Emerge Associates operates across environmental consulting and landscape architecture by integrating science and design to create great spaces, manage sensitive places and foster thriving communities. With a team of over 60 people, they work across several project types and provide a broad range of services across Western Australia and interstate.

While servicing clients across government and private sectors, Emerge Associates experienced growing challenges with project control and visibility due to the various siloed systems and disjointed processes they were using. The team struggled to get a 360-degree view of project financials and performance, including tracking resourcing, time and expense, project costs, invoicing, and project performance.

It was difficult to manage project data and information effectively. Project documentation was difficult to track down, with little to no version control or audit trail, increasing the risks from working on outdated information and taking time away from the fee earning activities.
