We are delighted to welcome Science Group to Deltek Project Nation.

Based in Cambridge, England and with offices in Europe, North America and Asia, Science Group is an international, science-led services and product development organization. The Group comprises three operating divisions: R&D Consultancy; Regulatory & Compliance; and Frontier Smart Technologies.

After a period of organic growth and several acquisitions, Science Group needed to integrate multiple organizations and their respective operating processes and systems.  The Group decided to consolidate a number of legacy systems and start to create a single platform across the business. The immediate focus was on preventing the duplication of data across multiple systems, while operating with a platform that offered a 360-degree view of the business and project performance.

Science Group needed a partner that could help them continue to grow and support them for years to come.  Deltek provided the solution they needed today as well as the strategy, expertise, and capabilities to support their future growth plans.

Science Group initially engaged Deltek for a specific part of their business, focusing on project management. After quickly seeing the value, they expanded their Deltek footprint for increased functionality and transparency. As a result of the global pandemic, Science Group needed their implementation to be handled virtually. Setting achievable timeframes and focusing carefully on resource management proved to be vital in delivering the project successfully. Both firms worked closely together to ensure the implementation went smoothly. Additional divisions within the Science Group are now also expanding onto the Vantagepoint platform to provide even greater cross-organization visibility and insight.
