Peter A.S. Pfeiffer - Managing Partner of the Mid-Atlantic Practice of Tatum, LLC.
During his career, Pfeiffer has managed global sales and business development as well as operations in international professional services, consulting and financial sectors, winning recognition for his outstanding leadership and achievement.
As a Managing Partner, Pfeiffer has built an operating model to further enhance Tatum's dynamic relationships with top firms in the Washington DC, Baltimore and Richmond areas. Focus areas include restructuring, not-for-profit, government contracting and biotechnology. In previous roles, Pfeiffer has managed a $1.4B human capital consulting company, where he was hired specifically to turn around an underperforming practice, resulting in a 258% increase in revenue production moving the practice from 39 of 42 to eighth nationally.
Pfeiffer holds a Master of Business Administration from Campbell University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Delaware. He has also completed the Wharton Executive Education Program at the University of Pennsylvania.
Pfeiffer's military experience includes being an officer in the 82nd Airborne Division and Special Forces.
Glen Passin, MBA, CPA, CVA - Partner in the MidAtlantic Practice of Tatum, LLC.
During his 35 years of professional experience, Mr. Passin has worked for a number of different commercial companies and government contractors from startups to Fortune 500 companies in various industries including financial services, technology, bio-tech, health services, commercial real estate, and not for profit.
Passin specializes in financial leadership, CFO services, mergers & acquisitions, Sarbanes-Oxley, compliance, restructuring/turnarounds, Operations Analysis, and financial modeling.
Passin has over 12 years experience working for more than a dozen government contractors that have been privately owned, small disadvantaged or 8a firms or subsidiaries of publicly traded companies. He has worked both as a consultant and as the full time Chief Financial Officer for companies selling to both Civilian and DoD agencies, as well as USAID.
Passin holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Georgetown University.
Roger J. Jaffe - Executive Services Technology Partner in the Mid-Atlantic Practice of Tatum, LLC.
Roger Jaffe specializes in business strategy and IT alignment; IT governance; restructuring; and program management. His industry focus is on government contractors, government, and not-for-profits.
Jaffe joined Tatum CIO Partners, LLP in 2001, where he established and managed Tatum's Public Sector Group. Prior to joining Tatum, Roger was Chief Information Officer - Governmental Programs, IBM Corporation and Vice President, Information Technology for Merchant's Inc. Most of his 25 years of government contracting experience was working with IBM and SAIC.
Jaffe is currently an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Maryland University College teaching the capstone course in the Executive MBA program, as well as various other executive programs.
Jaffe holds a Master of Science in Computer Systems Management from the University of Maryland. He holds a Federal CIO Certification from the Federal CIO University and Graduate CIO Certificate from the University of Maryland.
Peter Lauria - Partner , Beers + Cutler
Peter Lauria is a partner at Beers + Cutler, a leading consulting and accounting firm based in the Washington DC region. Peter has over 20 years of professional experience in providing business advisory, accounting, and compliance expertise to a wide range of clients and organizations.
For the past seven years, Lauria has led the Business Information Systems practice at Beers + Cutler, advising clients on all aspects of financial and business information systems assessment, selection, integration and optimization. Lauria has extensive experience working with Federal contractors to address complex regulatory and financial management issues including in-depth experience working with large commercial corporations on the integration of their Federal business units.
Prior to his experience at Beers + Cutler, Lauria served as a director in Arthur Andersen's Business Consulting practice and as a CFO for an international retailer. Lauria is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelors of Science degree in accounting from Guilford College.
Rich Wilkinson, Vice President, Government Contracting - Deltek
Rich Wilkinson has more than 30 years experience working with the government, government contractors, private-sector companies and government contracting solution providers. He was the Contracting Officer for R&D and first production of the Navy's Advanced Acoustic Signal Processor, the UYS-1 at the Naval Air Systems Command.
As Controller and Compliance Officer at both Atlantic Research Corporation and CSC, Wilkinson was responsible for accounting and finance operations and Cost Accounting Standards compliance. Since joining Deltek in 1996, he has helped more than 100 companies select, install and deploy their Government contract accounting systems.
Wilkinson is also a regular lecturer on Government contract compliance and accounting at George Mason University.
