Training Center Hours
The course hours are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The lunch break is approximately 1 hour long. In addition, there are several breaks throughout the day.
Getting There
Deltek University is located inside the corporate headquarters at 2291 Wood Oak Drive Herndon, Virginia 20171 on the first floor. Directions to Deltek headquarters are available online.
Parking
Free parking is available in the parking lot adjacent to the building. Please do not park in any spot marked "Reserved".
Sign-in
Upon arrival at the first floor Reception Desk, sign the attendance sheet for your course and receive the training room location of your course. You will proceed down the corridor to Deltek University and your training room.
Refreshments
A variety of baked goods are available throughout the day, along with hot and cold beverages.
Dress Code
The dress code for our courses is business casual.
Continuing Education Credits
Continuing education credits (CPEs) are available from NASBA for those who complete an eligible course in its entirety. Eligible courses have the CPE Credits noted within the catalog course descriptions. Please contact us for more information.
Miscellaneous
Smoking is not permitted inside the building. If you wish to smoke, you must do so in the designated smoking areas around the building.
In order to avoid disruptions, please turn ringers off of cellular phones or pagers in the classroom during the training sessions.
There are numerous nearby restaurants and for your convenience, a map is available at the training center.
