Course Hours

On average, courses run from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. The lunch break is approximately 1 hour long. In addition, there are several breaks throughout the day.

Directions

Located on 28th Street Court, S.E., in the Cascade Commons Building, just west of Kraft and north of 28th Street
(behind Meijer).

  • Airport Road (44th Street) west to Patterson turn right
  • Go to 28th street and turn right
  • Go under freeway to Kraft Ave and turn left
  • Third Driveway is 28th Street Court
  • Take all the way to end to Cascade Commons Bldg with Green Awning
  • Come in Main Entrance and 3rd office on the Right (There will be a sign in the hallway).

Upon arrival at the training room, make certain to sign the attendance sheet for your course.

A variety of baked goods are available throughout the day, along with coffee, teas and sodas.

The dress code is business casual.

Continuing Education Credits

You may receive continuing education credits for attending any of these courses from The American Institute of Architects and the National Society of Professional Engineers. We can also provide documentation of your training to receive credit from other organizations. *CPE Credits are only available with courses as described in the course descriptions. Please contact us for more information.

Miscellaneous

Smoking is not permitted inside the building. If you wish to smoke, you must do so in the designated smoking areas around the building. In order to avoid disruptions, it is requested that you turn ringers off cellular phones or pagers in the classroom during the sessions. If someone needs to contact you, she/he can call the number listed above and leave a message with the receptionist. The receptionist will interrupt the course only in cases of extreme emergency.
