Training Center Hours
The course hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The lunch break is approximately 1 hour long. In addition, there are several breaks throughout the day.

Driving Directions:From Denver International Airport, take Pena Blvd to E-470 North (toll $4.00) to I-25 North, Take I-25 to Harmony Rd. (Exit 265), Harmony Rd, west (approx. 2.5 mi.) to Timberline Road. Turn right, travel north (approx. .5 mi.) to Caribou drive and turn left (west.) Take first right into business complex. Deltek training center is the first building on your left.
Sign-in
Upon arrival at the training room, make certain to sign the attendance sheet for your course.
Refreshments
A variety of snacks are available throughout the day, along with coffee, teas and sodas. Lunch is also included in the class each day.
Dress Code
The dress code is business casual.
Continuing Education Credits
Deltek software is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA), as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Training seminars meet the AIA/CES criteria for quality level 3. AIA members will receive 12-30 learning units for each training seminar, which will report directly to the CES. Seminars may also qualify for CPA continuing education credit; check with your state board to be certain.
Miscellaneous
Smoking is not permitted inside the building. If you wish to smoke, you must do so in the designated smoking areas around the building.
In order to avoid disruptions, it is requested that you turn ringers off cellular phones or pagers in the classroom during the sessions. If someone needs to contact you, she/he can call the number listed above and leave a message with the receptionist. The receptionist will interrupt the course only in cases of extreme emergency.
