SOE allows you to create and maintain sales orders for government and other contracts. In addition, SOE helps you to:

• Comply with established contract performance levels by storing price information for the easy creation of sales orders, automating and standardizing GSA sales order processes, and auto-calculating Industrial Funding Fee rates.
• Maintain auditable sales activity by generating bills, including paper Form DD250 and WAWF Invoices, providing a complete record of the sales process and establishing audit trails within GCS Premier.
• Because SOE is fully integrated with all GCS Premier Accounting and Material Management modules, it ensures correct accounting information by tracking customer payments and posting revenue and COGS transactions.
