  1. Maintenance and Support:
    1. As part of Customer’s initial purchase of any License of any of the ProPricer offered Products, and as may be specifically set forth in the applicable Order Form, Customer is entitled to receive one (1) year of Software Maintenance and Support.
    2. Business hours are 8AM – 5PM PST, Monday through Friday, except holidays.
  2. Accessing Support:
    1. Customer Support offers several ways to resolve any technical difficulties. In addition to online help in the Software, which can be accessed by clicking the “Help” tab when logged into the Software, function-specific help information can also be accessed throughout the Software using the ‘?’ option.
    2. The online Customer Service Portal https://portal.propricer.com/en-US/ is available 24/7 for self-service technical assistance.
