Training Center Hours
The course hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The lunch break is approximately 1 hour long. In addition, there are several breaks throughout the day.

The dress code for our courses is business casual. Jeans are allowed, however, we ask that you do not wear shorts or tank tops.

Miscellaneous
In order to avoid disruptions, it is requested that you turn ringers off for mobile phones and pagers in the classroom during the sessions. If someone needs to contact you, she/he can call the main number listed above and leave a message with the receptionist. The receptionist will interrupt the course only in cases of extreme emergency.
Pricing/Payment Information
The cost to attend a course through our London office is £220 per person per day plus VAT. For our portable classroom, the cost is £1,320 per day plus VAT.

Cancellation Policy
Full refunds will be provided if you cancel your registration in writing up to seven (7) business days prior to your scheduled training course date. Registrants cancelling in less than seven (7) business days are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Substitutions can be made at any time (please call with new attendees name). No shows are liable for the entire fee. One transfer is permitted per registrant provided the transferred course is attended. The registrant is liable for the entire fee if the transferred course is not attended.
