Eligibility Requirements

All Deltek customers worldwide including those that use our Maconomy and GovWin solutions may submit nominations.

Deltek partners worldwide may submit nominations on behalf of their customers, if their customers agree in writing to take part in the Deltek Project Excellence Awards program. We encourage our partners to nominate their deserving customers who have used our solutions to drive business benefits within their organizations. Partners may submit nominations for multiple Deltek projects and implementations.

Nomination Process

Customers and partners interested in submitting a nomination can download the form in Word format here. It is highly recommended that customers focus on the differentiating factors that made their use of our products notable using the award descriptions as a guide. As nominations are reviewed, we may ask customers for more details on their story to further clarify information in an attempt to identify the best finalists and winners.

Judging Process

Nomination forms will be reviewed by a panel of experts. All nominations will be judged objectively. Those nominations that most closely follow the criteria for each award will stand the best chance of being selected.

The judging panel will select the finalists and the award winners. Finalists and winners will be notified in September. Both finalists and winners will be recognized publicly in October, including at Deltek Insight 2012, October 15 - 18 in Nashville, TN.
