Customer Care Phone Support
A single, dedicated Deltek Customer Care phone number will be available for two of the following geographic regions that Deltek serves (North America, and Europe). The new geographic numbers will replace the existing ones that are currently in use and will enable you to reach the appropriate Deltek Support Analyst with just one dial.

Additional Changes
Together with the new numbers, we're also implementing a new call system that will allow us to proactively monitor call patterns and adjust staffing levels to meet anticipated peaks in call volume. The new phone system includes several new features that will:
- Provide you with an update about anticipated wait times upon entering the call queue.
- Offer you the option to either remain on hold for the next available Support Analyst or request a call back.
- Enable you to leave messages that will be logged by the call center and put in a queue for a call back.
You will still have the option to log a case on e-Support without having to call in for support.
We offer you these new capabilities and will continue to provide you with ongoing updates as we get closer to the launch dates.
