Whenever possible your call will be routed directly to an analyst, who will assist you. However, in the event all analysts are on other calls, you may be routed to the Customer Care Operator. The Customer Care Operator will take your information and an analyst will return your call as soon as they are available.
Deltek support is only available in English and is available to only those customers on an active support and maintenance plan.

Emergency support is available seven days a week, 24 hours a day for emergencies with a production system. 24x7 support is limited to mission critical cases (see severity-level definitions) that affect production software, including a “system down” situation in which you are unable to use the product.
