Janet Perna, Director; Former IBM General Manager
Janet R. Perna has served as a director since June 2006. Ms. Perna served as General Manager of Information Management for
IBM’s Software Group from November 1996 until her retirement on January 2006. Prior to November 1996, she held various other
system programming and management positions at IBM. Ms.
Ms. Perna received her B.S. degree in Mathematics from the State University of New York at Oneonta.
