In 2015, Deltek CEO Mike Corkery was inducted into the Wash100 – a premier group of private and public sector leaders selected by Executive Mosaic as the most influential figures in the GovCon sector. These individuals are recognized for their push to drive vision, innovation and achievement for American citizens.
In 2014, Deltek University was awarded two Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Awards – one of the most prestigious awards in the learning industry. Deltek was awarded Gold in the “Custom Content Development” category for outstanding work done on the Kona self-paced learning module titled Working Beyond Walls. Deltek also received the Silver award in the “Best in Competencies and Skills Development” category for its JAG program – Junior Advisors Group – which grows and develops subject matter experts.
In 2014, Deltek’s Philippines office in Makati was named one of Asia’s Best Places to Work for the third year in a row! The Asia’s Best Employer Awards recognize companies across Asia who excel at creating organizations that foster a positive working environment and engage employees through best-in-class HR practices, policies and strategies that help build a company’s brand.
Deltek has been named one of 50 regional companies to receive the Greater Washington’s Healthiest Employers Award for 2014 by the Washington Business Journal. The ranking of each company within the top 50 list will be revealed Thursday, Sept. 18, and all 50 companies will be profiled in a special supplement of the Washington Business Journal. The newspaper annually selects the top 50 healthiest employers in the Greater Washington area to receive the award, which recognizes companies for their workplace wellness programs and wellness strategies.
Deltek’s Dan Carusi, VP and Chief Learning Office, has been recognized as a finalist in the Technology Category of the 2014 CLO Learning in Practice Awards. The awards recognize industry leaders who have demonstrated excellence in the design and delivery of employee programs. Awards will be handed out in October at the Learning in Practice Awards ceremony in Carlsbad, CA.
The CIO 100 awards program, which recognizes 100 organizations that have distinguished themselves by creating business value through the innovative use of IT, selected Deltek as a Top CIO 100 company in 2014.

Deltek was selected as a finalist by the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce (Fairfax Chamber) for the 2014 Outstanding Corporate Citizenship Awards, in the sustainability category for our commitment to minimizing the impact on the environment and renovating our Herndon, Virginia Headquarters into a Silver LEED Certified building.
The IES&BD awards recognize teams and organizations that have demonstrated exemplary performance through leadership, risk taking, innovation, vision and customer development in Sales & Business Development. This award recognizes organizations that have moved beyond reporting on simple clicks and conversions and can now make strategic business decisions based on the metrics they measure. Winners to be announced at the Eloqua Experience conference in October 2013.
Acumen, acquired by Deltek in July 2013, was included on the 2013 Inc. 5000 list at #1449! The Inc. 500|5000 list is an exclusive ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. The list represents the most comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy—America’s independent entrepreneurs. Companies are ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2009 to 2012. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2009, and be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit, and independent.

The Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC) announced June 27 the winners of the 12th Annual NVTC Hot Ticket Awards which celebrate the hottest entrepreneurial technology companies that exhibit great vision, the ability to implement and deliver, an innovative management approach or star-quality charisma. Deltek was named a finalist in two categories: Hottest Buzz – honoring the company with the hottest PR/communication image, and Hottest Exit – honoring companies with the hottest financial strategies by growth or exit through M&A or IPO. More than 500 members of the Northern Virginia technology community came to celebrate the nominated companies at the home of NVTC President and CEO Bobbie Kilberg.

The ACG National Capital Corporate Growth Awards honor the impressive accomplishments of the DC region's investors, dealmakers and corporate transaction teams. Individual and team award winners are selected from nominations that reflect the diversity of industries in our region. These distinguished awards honor the best of the best for their efforts to lead and support our region's most successful corporate growth strategies and transactions. Deltek and Thoma Bravo were selected as a finalist in the Deal Transaction Awards for the sale of Deltek to Thoma Bravo in 2012.
The Executive Management Awards highlight chief executives who have gone above and beyond to support their organizations' initiatives. SmartCEO profiles chief executives in the Mid-Atlantic in four categories: CFO, CIO/CTO, COO and CXO. Kevin Iaquinto, CMO at Deltek, was selected as a winner in the CXO category for his visionary leadership style and cultivating a collaborative team environment.

In 2012, Deltek obtained a Silver LEED certification from the USGBC for its newly renovated HQ building in Herndon, VA. A building must meet all the prerequisites and qualify for a minimum number of points to attain the established project ratings in categories including site selection, development density and community connectivity, water use reduction, and optimized energy performance. Deltek consolidated three offices in November 2010, providing a single office where employees could collaborate and interact with an emphasis on sustainability and employee comfort. The 230,389 square-foot facility located at 2291 Wood Oak Drive in Herndon, VA, was renovated to include sustainable features in the design by HOK, to achieve a Silver Certification under LEED 2009 for Commercial Interiors.

The list highlights the top private job creators in an array of industries including, software, engineering, telecom, IT services and financial services. Deltek ranked 53rd overall, second in the software industry and fourth in Virginia.
Deltek’s Vice President of Global Learning for Deltek University/HR, Dan Carusi has been recognized as the Gold Award Winner in the Global Learning Category of the 2012 CLO Learning in Practice Awards. This is the second time in three years that Deltek CEO Kevin Parker has been named a finalist for this prestigious award.

The Helios HR Apollo Award is the premier awards program for recognizing employers in the Washington metropolitan area that excel at promoting employee growth and development as an integral part of their organizational culture. Deltek was one of six finalists in the Pente category that recognized top performers among the region’s largest employers. Deltek was selected as a finalist by an independent panel for its support of employee development initiatives.
Deltek’s GovWin Network was named the Technology Product/Service of the Year by the Tech Council of Maryland (TCM) at the Fifth Annual 2010 CIO & CTO Live! Awards.
The CIO&CTO Live! Awards ceremony continues to be the Mid-Atlantic Region's premier event celebrating the achievements of the IT community. Deltek's GovWin Network – one of five finalists including GetWellTown, U.S. Department of Transportation, R2integrated and Broadsoft – was recognized by TCM for its achievement in innovation, ingenuity, reliability, and value. The 2010 Awards were held on November 4th, at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in Washington, DC.
INPUT, acquired by Deltek in 2010 and renamed GovWin, was announced as a winner of the Software & Information Industry Association's (SIIA) 23rd Annual CODiE Awards. GovWin’s State and Local Vertical Solution was named ‘Best Vertical Market Business Content Solution.’ The CODiE awards are given each year by SIIA to recognize the leaders and innovators in software, digital content and educational technology industries. This year, 600 companies submitted more than 1,100 nominations.
